Personal Statement

Hello, my name is David Shuma and I love baseball. I've been playing baseball since I was 5. It is my favorite sport to play becasue I'm good at it and I love the atmosphere of baseball. In college I want to play baseball so I can hopefully take it to the next level. Also I would like to travel and get the chance to meet new people who share the same passion as I do. If I play college baseball I would take what i learn from it and become a coach someday. I am a power hitter who gets on base a lot. I can hit hard line drives through the infield and even hit opposite field if there is a hit and run situation. I really enjoy playing first base and baseball is a passion to me. Thank you for looking at my profile and I look forward to hearing from you.
