Recruits aren’t fully committed until National Letters of Intent are signed on the dotted line, and plenty of shuffling happens until that day. Top recruits change their minds and change schools. Coaching staffs have to continue to sell prospects on their programs up until the final hour. It’s not necessarily a bad thing when student-athletes make the last-minute switch.
