Here’s a note I recently sent to our college coach community. I’m proud to share all the new developments that are taking place within our College Coach Department:
Greetings from Chicago! The air is crisp, Pumpkin Lattes are back, and I am sporting my puffy vest; back to school season is upon us. Fall has always been my favorite time of year because it reminds me of new beginnings. As a college ice hockey player there was no better feeling than reuniting with my teammates in preparation for a new season. I hope you feel that same excitement about the beginning of your year.
There’s a lot of buzz at NCSA this fall, and most of that is because of you. We recently wrapped up our 2014 class which included 18,280 student-athletes who went on to play at the collegiate level. Our mission at NCSA is to build better kids through sports. We know that playing sports in college is a life changing event and we aim to bring that experience to every qualified and committed student athlete, regardless of their financial means. We strive to help our college coaches recruit more efficiently and effectively – in other words – we want to help simplify the recruiting process and save coaches and families time.
This year our NCSA team pledges to up our game. We have several new initiatives underway; all geared specifically towards enhanced service for college coaches. Here’s a few:
- New product team spending 100% of their time around the clock working on enhancements to the Recruiting Management System
- More precise matching – our data scientists have taken your personal preferences and matched them with every recruit. We will do a better job of showing you who may be a match, and why.
- Less emails! In the past we’ve sent you way too many emails. We get it. We’re sorry. We’re fixing our communication so you get the right communication, when you want to receive it.
- Personal account manager – we are adding staff members who will be 100% dedicated to working on matching the right prospects for roster spots.
We are committed to helping coaches recruit, so more student-athletes can experience that wonderful feeling of returning to campus as a college athlete. Thank you for allowing NCSA to be a part of your journey.
