Derek Jeter will play his final game in Yankee Stadium tomorrow.  Love him or hate him, he is without a doubt one of the greatest professional athletes of our time.  Sure to be an emotional night for not only the Yankees, but sports fans around the world, tomorrow’s game will be one for the books.
