During the past few years I have realized I am more of the quiet and hardworking cheerleader in practice and I like to get stuff done efficiently and in an ordered manner. When being a cheerleader being loud during games and competitions is necessary but in practice when trying to get stuff done, I view it as more of a distraction. I focus on doing the job assigned to me and I enjoy working until the skills/task is done as well as I, along with my teammates can make it. While trying to improve my own weaknesses, I enjoy helping others who I can see are frustrated and could use a teammates help. Putting in extra work is something I enjoy and I let the work that I put in speak for me. Although cheerleading is a team sport, there are many aspects to improve on individually such as tumbling and jumps.
