Personal Statement

Hi! I'm Ava, I am a cheerleader out of Covington, LA.  I currently attend Archbishop Hannan High School (4.38 GPA with AP courses) as a rising senior.  I have done both sideline and competition cheer for my school (2023 UCA National Champions, Captain, MVP as a Junior) as well as competition cheer club (Captain, MVP and 2023 top 10 finish WSA Worlds).  Even though the competition may be tough, I believe my years of experience in cheerleading, dance and battle defeating stage 4 cancer will offer me advantages that not every has.  I know I can bring the hard work, dedication, commitment and teamwork needed to succeed at any level of cheer and an unrivaled value to any program.
