Personal Statement
At the age of three years old, I walked onto the competition mat as a Mac’s Cheerleader. I had no idea that the this sport would transform my life. The hard work and love of cheer carried into High School where I was only one of three cheerleaders that made the Varsity team as a freshman. Then again as a Sophomore, a junior, and finally a senior. I also was nominated and won NCA All-American as a Freshman, Sophomore and Junior High School Cheerleader. The love of the sport hasn’t stopped at the High School Level. It runs in my veins. I also competed and won the 2020 Cheer Summit. With my level five competition team, my finger now adorns my coveted summit ring that represents hours, of sweat, tears, and dedication. The feeling of the ring on my finger, I instantly needed more. My high school cheer team won State in the 21-22 season, and again in the 22-23 season. What an amazing opportunity to take that win back to my World’s team where we globed the same year and we took second place, again the next year we globed with a third place, on a stage I had dreamt of competing on all my life.
My mind, spirit and body are also extremely important to me. I run three to six miles a day and have a knack for short distant sprints. I get a lot of my drive from my dad who was a college football player. I have a 3.95-4.0 gpa and thrive on being a leader to all I come in contact with. I’m an incredibly dedicated Athlete and student, and I have the work ethic to work for collegiate opportunities.
