Personal Statement
Ever since I've found League of Legends back in Season 2 I've always wanted to become better at the game. Becoming a Pro wasn't something that I always wanted, actually wasn't something I wanted till quite recently. Ever since late season 7 I wanted to be apart of a pro team, I would watch LCS (League Championship Series) to try and improve, and improve I did. But I wanted to be apart of an team environment. So I took it upon myself to create a E-sports team called The Sheep Herd (SHerd) At first it was just me and a bunch of friends that went into a tournament and got absolutely destroyed, but that did not stop me. I would make changes to the roster, making recruitment messages on Reddit and ended getting a solid team. Not until recently I kick started the team back up. When I did I made a whole new roster and took the lessons I learned back a year earlier. Made a brand new roster with all non-friends, and it ended being a very solid team! Over 75% Win Rate in scrims with over 20 games and now looking for tournaments. I have been told by many people that my leadership skills and charisma are one of the reasons why they are happy to call me friend and easily to get along Captain! My Management skills and Strategic Thinking also make me open to any idea's and having the ability to improve upon them. I tried Coaching for a bit and it did go pretty well but pulled myself out because I wanted to play, I wanted to feel the sensation of winning from my skills with others! The best characteristic about me is that I have such an positive aura around me. Put me on a low morale team and I can boost it up even through a loss. I can encourage them to practice more, listen more, and most of all be a team player!
