I've always loved video games since I was around 9 years old so over the past couple years as esports has started coming to colleges it has made me very excited to try and participate in college esports. I believe I would make a great candidate for college esports teams because I have been competing in Rocket League for a little over a year and have a great understanding of what it means to be on a team and what it takes to make it in the esports world. My current achievements as of writing this is qualifying for RLRS Closed Qualifiers, which, in turn, makes me and my current team top 128 in North America. Keeping this in mind, I have had a personal coach in Rocket League that has helped me over the past year. This coaching has included review of game footage for strategic improvement and more. Which gives me even more of an advantage over other recruits trying to make it in esports. Though my overall GPA could be worlds better than a 2.2, I am doing my upmost best this senior year to keep my GPA as high as I possibly can.
