Personal Statement

My goal is to play field hockey at a top academic college! I am a two sport all-state athlete (field hockey and lacrosse) at Denver East High School. I also play field hockey for Denver Field Hockey Club where I am continuing to hone my skills. I really love athletics, competing, teamwork, challenges and field hockey! Although I am listed as a midfielder/forward, I will play and love any position that will benefit my team. I am as passionate and tenacious in the classroom as I am on the field. I am a serious student who enjoys the challenge of all honors/AP courses (5.1 GPA, #1 of 679, 29 ACT from sophomore year). I am retaking the ACT in February 2019 to earn a score in the 30s. Please consider me for your 2020 class of recruits!
