Personal Statement

Hello!

I have always had a strong desire to play field hockey at the collegiate level. I'm hardworking, have a good attitude, get along well with others, and willing to travel outside my comfort zone if necessary.  I want to learn as much as I can about the game of field hockey and find a college that will not only push me academically–in biology and sports medicine especially–but will also push me to become a stronger and smarter athlete in the sport I love.
