Jessica Limerick '19 Recruiting Profile

    Ever since I was a young girl, I have loved playing sports. I have played soccer, baseball, basketball, softball, dance, ice skating, and gymnastics. During the summer before 9th grade, I decided to try out for field hockey. I immediately fell in love with the sport. I practiced throughout the summer and made the varsity team as a starter. I believe my speed, agility, and coordination were the attributes that helped me make the team.

    Since that day, I have tried to push myself to learn different moves and advance my skills as a player and a teammate. Field hockey requires working well with other players and getting along with your coach. My teammates and coach have become my friends and second family.

    My dream is to play field hockey in college. I believe I can be an asset to any team and would consider it a privilege and honor to be recruited by a college team.
