Margaret Cummings '23 Recruiting Profile

Class of 2023, 3 Sport Athlete, 7 Time Varsity Letter Winner with a strong desire to compete in college.   My strengths include speed, agility, hustle and overall game presence.  I have a strong will to succeed and love the spirit of competition.  Official US Ski and Snowboard Skills Quest Testing result of 3.21 for 20m Sprint places me in 98%  age group rank and ahead of the average Olympic Alpine Skier.  Recent Prostyle Workout Evaluations  at NY Top 100 Softball Finals Place me overall best in vertical jump of 22 and 10 Yd dash at 1.78.  I put the needs of my team first and am extremely coachable.  My motto is be strong, be humble and be kind.  My experience gained through a residency program at NYSEF, a certified gold club ski training program, has taught me how to be independent.  I trained on Whiteface Mountain 6 days a week and complete my school work. The discipline and time management skills developed here will help me balance my time as a collegiate athlete and position me well for success in the class room and on the field.
