Personal Statement

Hello! My name is Sydney Lafferty and I am a forward/midfielder at Central Bucks High School East (Class of 2026).  I recently finished my Junior season where I was the team-leading goal scorer.  I was named Varsity Rookie of the Year for the 2023 season. I also play club field hockey with WC Eagles where I am on their top U19 fall 2024 outdoor team.  I am described by my coaches and teammates as being a great team player with strong stick skills and excellent decision making.  I take pride in my ability to possess the ball and create scoring opportunities for myself and my teammates.  In school, I am an Honors student and member of the National Honor Society.  I am interested in architecture and engineering and am taking several electives in these areas at my school.  I would love the opportunity to play field hockey in college while I pursue my academic interests.  You can access my highlight videos here or at https://www.nlvproductions.com/dashboard/athletes/sydney-lafferty

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
