I am a class of 2020, 5’7” Varsity Goalkeeper for Hempfield High School, and for my club team Alley Cats, in Palmyra, PA. I was the starting Varsity Keeper at my High School as a Freshman, earning the position over a Junior and Senior, I maintained the Varsity Keeper position in my Sophomore year, and I started again in my Junior year. At the end of the 2018 season, I was ranked the #2 Keeper in Section 1 of the Lancaster/Lebanon League with a 81.6% save percentage, 266 shots, with 217 saves, and was selected as a First Team Section 1 All Star Goalkeeper. I was also selected as an All State Academic All Star. At the end of the 2017 season, I was the #1 ranked Keeper in Section 1 of the Lancaster/Lebanon League with a 80.47% save percentage, 169 shots, with 136 saves, and was selected as the only First Team Section 1 All Star Goalkeeper. When not playing Field Hockey, I am focused on maintaining my high GPA, and staying in shape by being a sprinter for my High School Track Team. I am a captain on the Mini-THON committee, and also a member of Varsity Club and Renaissance Club. I also participate annually in the Lancaster County Leadership Summit. My goal is to find a University with a high level of academic and athletic standards that will challenge me and prepare me for a successful future.
