Hi Coaches,
My name is Mackenzie Hadfield. I am currently a senior at Quakertown Community High School in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. My goal is to attend college to study history and play field hockey. I have been playing field hockey since 6th grade while also competing in lacrosse, swimming, track & field, and basketball. I have recently focused more on field hockey and lacrosse as my two main sports in high school. I have played four years of club field hockey and U.S. Futures as well.
I am a team player always looking to improve and make those around me better as well in and out of the classroom. I am honest, hardworking, conscientious, and truly love competition. I love the attributes that athletics affords me; friendships, competition, challenges, hard work, goal setting, athleticism, and accomplishment. As the daughter of two principals, who were also athletes in college, I feel I am different than many other recruits. I have had my parents instill in me the value and balance of athletics and academics. Both have instilled in me the importance of what athletics can do for you at the collegiate level and the impact that this can have on you for the rest of your life.
Thank you for taking the time to review my profile and please let me know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. I look forward to hearing from you in the future.
Take Care,
Mackenzie Hadfield
