Personal Statement
Wow! Senior year is here, and I will have my 3rd coach since freshman year. Senior year and got to learn a new system again. Fought to come back from injury sophomore year, earned starting job junior year, now starting from fresh in the last and biggest year of my high school career. This after 20 players quit with 2 games left in the season last year. Lot of young players and new faces this year. Some who have not played since they were little. Time to step up and lead. Could have left and went to bigger school, but this is my team, this is my year. Dad taught me to never quit. Have been working hard in the gym to get stronger. Mornings at school work outs. Evenings on my own. Winners Work. Things change, coaches leave, the players are my brothers and we never give up on family. My dream to keep playing is earned not given. What I bring is raw, uncoached talent. I have learned from camps and on my own. My dream is mine and no one fights for it harder than me.
