I have loved the sport of football since I could remember. When I first started playing in the 7th grade, I was a wimpy little something but eager and excited to learn so much. When we would learn something at practice, I would come home and practice it over and over until I felt that I had it mastered. My sophmore year we did not when a single game and I always remembered how devastated we felt and exactly how hard I was on myself. It taught me that 100% wasnt enough I needed 110%. I changed up my workout habits and all. The team and I attended numerous camps and workout sessions over the summer and formed a brotherhood. My junior year we went 7-3 and made it to the first-round playoffs with home field advantage. I even picked up a local award for lineman of the week! This sport has really taught me about self discipline and being ok with losing only to focus harder on coming back stronger. My passion is football, and I would love to make it in the NFL one day. I work hard in anything that I do and always keep God first. I come from huge, loving, God-fearing family who have supported me since day one. For that I am thankful!
