John Tyler Norris '11 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'4" right tackle from Gordo, Alabama. I weigh 265 pounds and I run a 5.0. Our team made it to the quarterfinal round of the state playoffs (3A). We won area and regional champs. I have allowed 0 sacks. In our last 10 games we out-scored our opponents 493-36. I am a very dedicated student and athlete. I have a 3.2 GPA in all advanced/honors classes. I scored a 20 on the ACT. I work equally hard in the classroom and on the field. I pride myself on great technique and footwork. I have always wanted to play football in college. I am looking for an institution with an outstanding academic reputation in the field of engineering, chemistry, or agriculture. Ideally, i would like to play for a school where I could make an immediate impact on the team.
