Personal Statement
I have dedicated my life to achieving the highest level of football I can. I have played football since I was six years old. Although I am very good at basketball, baseball, and excellent at track and field sprint races; I have no other desire than to play football as a professional. Everything I do from training my body in the weightroom, to playing other sports to improve certian aspects of my eye/hand coordination, to my footwork, and finally competing at the state level in track and field to comfirm just how fast I am compared to the fastest athletes in the state of Alabama is geared towards being the best football player I can be. I am dedicated in the classroom to achieving the highest grades and academic performance I can because it has been stressed in my household by my father since I can remember that I will go to college to gain a degree first so that I will lead a responsible and productive life after sports has faded away. I have a strong spiritual faith and I attend church and participate in church functions faithfully. I was baptized as a Catholic and have strong catholic roots on my mother's side but I believe that we should worship as a whole so I have no problem attending Baptist churches as I do now where I live. I hold strong fundamental values about life and I believe in treating other people good and looking out for others with a healthy purpose. I believe in team first and then individual if it does not interfere with the team concept. I grew up loving Florida State football and still do but I have an open mind and know that I will have to fit my skill sets into the best college program that has a need for me. The coach of any perspective program will ultimatly decide where I go because the program itself is only the reflection of the leader it has. Whatever college shows the greatest interest will have the greatest chance of getting a leader, a committed winner, and more importantly, an outstanding caring human being with the upmost love and appreciation for the life God has blessed me with. I will work hard in that program and will not do anything to bring negative publicity to it or cause the administration shame publically. I will come with the sole purpose of trying to become a better human being when I graduate as before I entered those hall doors.
