Personal Statement
How ´ s it going everyone, I am Dylan Neal fellow senior at Colbert Heights High School. It has always been a dream for me to be able to play at the next level for any sport, growing up I have always been a 3 sport player. I started off with baseball at 4, Basketball at 7 & Football at 12, well football took overall I fell in love with the game when I was around 3. Every Saturday when the auburn game would cut on Id have my cleats on and a football in my hand. When I was around 15 I wasn´t able to do much anymore, my parents lost custody of me and I was placed in foster care. I stayed in foster care for up to 1 1/2 years I got out when I was 16. When I got home I returned to my dad, thing where not easy at all, he was very verbally abusive and just mentally draining so I did not want to have any part of his life. I started going out every night I ended up getting around the wrong friends, and started doing drugs bad. I was partying every night ETC... But deep down I knew that is not what I wanted. I would keep seeing social media posts on players in their highlights, and I would just look up and look around and say this is not me. So like any one else in my spot I needed a change, I moved in with my sister at the beginning of my senior year. I knew I needed a fresh start, this year I attend Colbert Heights High School for my senior year where I am now doing Baseball, Football, & Basketball. this current season we are 4 games in and I avg 12.2 tackles a game. I AM NOT A QUITTER... Thank you all for your time with checking me out today you all have a blessed day and god loves you.
