My name is Brendan Jakiemiec. I am currently a senior at Colony High School in Palmer, Alaska. My dream is to play football at the college level. I would prefer to play at schools in the Northwestern states but I am open to other opportunities as well. I've always loved the game of football and I hope to continue playing through college. I am a versatile player; from youth football on I have played every position except quarterback. I enjoy meeting the challenges coaches put in front of me and my teammates. I am a hard worker in the classroom and a leader on the field. I was the defensive captain on the junior varsity team. My mom and dad were both college athletes and I want to be a college athlete as well. I would like football to help me get a degree in engineering. Playing football at the college level has always been a big dream for me and it would make my parents proud. I think earning a college football scholarship and getting started on an engineering degree would be a big step forward in my personal growth and would help get me started on a successful path in life. Making my parents proud is what drives me to do the best I can, on and off the field.
