Sam Ver Straten '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'1" H-Back / Linebacker from Buckeye Arizona. I have attended Glendale Community College in Arizona and will graduate fall semester 2016. I was the starting Fullback/H-Back this year.  I started on High School Varsity all 4 years. I was named to 2nd team all conference as a sophomore and Honorable mention all-section as a Junior. Recently named to azscout.com preseason top 15 linebackers and preseason allstate.I also have been named to recruiting expert Tom Lemmings 2012 top preps football report which showcases the top 1200 prep football players across the nation regardless of class. I carry a 3.56 grade point average.

I am looking for an opportunity to Transfer to a 4 year school that will give me an education while allowing me to play Football. An ideal college setting would be one that would allow me to be a contributing factor for my team as soon as the opportunity presented itself. I am open to any level of competition and any area of the country
