Garrick Krautz '21 Recruiting Profile

Football has always been there for me. It's helped me make friendships that I will never lose. It has made me a more competitive and hard working person; but most important, it has taught me lessons I couldn't have learned anywhere else. The NFL has always been a dream but knowing that football always has an end, is an important notion to keep in mind. With that said, my goal is to use football as a tool. To play the sport I love for four more years and hopefully more, but to receive an education that sets me up for life. I am very coachable, hardworking and a tough player, both mentally and physically.  I am responsible on the field, in the classroom and in any other aspect of life. When work needs to be done, on the field or in the classroom, I will show a strong work ethic until I exceed what was expected of me.  I am an outspoken leader that also leads by example. I believe I can bring a group of people together under a common goal, and will do everything in my power to accomplish it.
