Personal Statement
My number one goal for college is to get a degree. I have always aspired to be the first in my family to receive a college degree.
I would be a good candidate for any team because of my strong work ethic on and off the field and my strong sense of camaraderie within my team. In other words, I am extremely loyal to my teammates and coaches.
In terms of character, I feel that my parents have done a good job raising me. I have never been in any type of legal trouble, never been in a fight at school and have always treated teachers & coaches with the upmost respect.
Athletically what makes me different from other recruits is my strong efforts not just on the football field , but in off-season preparation. I feel I come in at the beginning of every season improved by being stronger and faster than the previous season. I plan on getting stronger and faster every year! Additionally I would also like to say that I lost a whole season of play last season because of Covid and transfer rules. I am just scratching the surface of what kind of player I will ultimately be.
Academically what makes me different is the effort I will put towards earning a college degree. I have drastically improved my grades after my sophomore year , when I realized I wanted to attend college, and I am driven to get as high a GPA as possible. I have done this by sheer hard work and summer school courses. All of my efforts both on and off the field will all be geared towards my ultimate goal. Being a college graduate. I feel that, along with my love for the game of football, would make me an absolute asset to any program .
In conclusion, I just want to say that I feel my potential is limitless. I have transformed my academics and my body the last two years and at the right place I will continue my upward assent! I am looking for a college or university that is the right fit and a place where I can grow not just as a football player, but as a person.
