Damon Alvarado '15 Recruiting Profile

     Hello, my name is Damon Alvarado, I am a senior at Williams High School. I love to play and compete at all sports, however my heart is football. My coaches tell me that I am one of the most coachable player's that they have ever coached. My desire is to win, and to always challenge myself to be better. I am a team player, and will play where ever the team needs me. For example, I have been playing left offensive guard for the past two years, even though I am the teams best running back. It does not matter what position I play, I always try to play the game the way its meant to be played. I despise losing and will do whatever it takes for my team to win. I am a hard working, goal oriented student athlete. I am up every morning at 4:30a.m., five days a week, to go lift weights, stretch, and run.

      My dream is to play college football while obtaining a degree in Biology. I am a self motivated leader who always puts out 110% on and off the field. I expect my teammates to put out as much effort as I do, but this is not the case in high school. I look forward to take my values of hard work, dedication to a college program where my teammates will be trying to work as hard as I do. I try to be a roll model on the field and in the class room. In my spare time I coach Little League baseball and softball with my dad. I enjoy mentoring young athletes to help them with fundamentals of the sport that they are playing. I am a big believer in fundamentals and this is what I teach as well.
