Personal Statement
My asperations are to earn my bachelor's degree at Oklahoma University and play on the Varsity Football Team as a Wide Receiver, Punt Returner and or Kick Returner.
I feel that I'm a good canidate for a D1 school because I've been playing football since I was in 4th grade and I've been a starter at my position for 5 years straight.
I've only missed one year of football (11th grade) due to ineligibility (Transferred, went thru the entire training camp and sat out 4 games)) and I've learned that I truly missed this game that brings me so much happiness. I've worked extremely hard to pick my grades up to be eligible again and I never want to feel that dispare again of not being able to be on the field with my brothers.
I think the thing that makes me a different recruit in terms of character is that I care about my teammates, I want to see them succeed. In athletics I would say that my years of experience playing football has helped slow the game down for me and makes me look faster when I''m playing. I feel at home when I'm on the grid-iron. In regards to academics, I've think that I've grown to understand that I must compeat just as hard in the classroom as I do on the field. I know that I don't have to be the smartest guy in the classroom, but if I try hard and apply myself, good results will follow.
