My name is Fernando Lopez and I currently play for College of the Desert as a Junior college player. This is my sophomore season, and I still have 3 years of eligibility left. I medical redshirted my 2016 season due to a meniscus injury on my knee, but I qualified for my season back at all level of collegiate competition. I'm a full qualifier, and also can get my AA in the Spring. I currently mostly play as a pass rusher, and feel like that is my best asset to any team. I'm not your typical 6'4 pass rushing guy, but I can get off the ball, have proper leverage, use my hands, hips, bend, and have a motor. Every chance I get, I will do anything I can to sack the quarterback or provide the needed pressure. I still feel like I have a lot more to learn, and I'm very willing to be cochable and get better at my craft. I'll give everything I possibly can on and off the field to any team that would like to give me a chance to continue my collegiate football career.
