Garrett Ostrinski '20 Recruiting Profile

College has always been something that I knew I was going to do.  Watching my sister attend university and compete at the collegiate level inspired me to want to be a student-athlete as well.  I have been working to achieve that goal since the age of 5.  I am a diligent student and a hard-working athlete.  Maintaining a 4.1 weighted GPA in honors classes while competing at the varsity level I feel has prepared me on how to maintain work-school balance.  In 2017 I had my first varsity start as a long-snapper and 2018 I am starting as a wide-receiver/tight end and the sole long snapper.  My 2018 track season took me to CIF Finals in the high jump.  I had a season best of  6' 4".  I am a football and track varsity athlete that is looking to continue an athletic career at the university level.
