After my senior year of high school (2012-2013) I believed I wanted to be an engineer. Therefore, I decided to go to South Dakota School of Mines and play football while majoring in mechanical engineering. The coaching staff here has converted me to wide receiver and I am redshirting this year. However, I have realized that engineering is not my passion like I thought it was, and I have no desire to become an engineer. Because of this and the fact that Mines is primarily an engineering school, I have decided to transfer. I have learned a lot from my few months here and I know that I truly wish to be a high school teacher and a coach. I have no film at receiver because I am a redshirt so my film is from my senior season at quarterback. I am willing to play any position that will help the team including quarterback or wide receiver.
