Chris Grimes '15 Recruiting Profile

    I am currently a college freshman and I attended Bethany College located in Lindsborg, Kansas. I am a considered a transfer student, and I have permission to contact any coach. I currently have over a 2.5 college GPA. I played as a TRUE FRESHMAN at slot receiver. When I was a senior, I had a 3.38 GPA and a 1420 3-part overall SAT score. My 2-part SAT score is 900. I started on Varsity my junior and senior year. I was also brought up to varsity my sophomore year to help benefit the varsity team. I was named a Key Player for my team two years in a row. Going into my senior season I was named a SD Union Tribune All-League Receiver. At the end of my senior season, I earned the Coach's Award. I was also part of the Alex Spanos All-Star Classic football game in San Diego. Two years in a row, I was part of the SD UT All-academic Team. I have earned the Honor Roll since my freshman year. I am mainly a slot receiver, but I can also play wide receiver as well. In games, I started slot receiver, then in certain formations, I would move out to Wide Receiver so I am very familiar with both positions. I can also play Defensive Back. My secondary position is Athlete because I can play many positions on the football field, not just receiver or defensive back. I have played every special teams formation. My goal going into college is to study Criminal Justice and to become either a Police Officer or a SWAT police officer, and play the sport I love the most.
