Marcus Austin '27 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to attend a college that has high academic standards and a strong football program.  I want to continue to push myself to improve my runningback skills and to help lead my team.  I have played youth tackle football since I was 7 and from the first day, I was hooked.  I have had the opportunity to be coached in offense and defensive positions over the years.  I have played linebacker, running back and quarterback.  My favorite position has to be runningback.  As I continue to evolve in this position, I am constantly watching film, working with my coaches and teammates.  I want to attend a college with strong. medical programs.  Currently I am very interested in nursing, that may change, but my love of science subjects won't.
