Personal Statement
So far in my highschool career, the thing that has shaped my character the most is being given the opportunity to play in a section title as a freshman. I started playing football in middle school after my grandpa told me stories of when he coached O.J Simpson. Since I strapped on a helmet for the first time, I have dreamt about playing college football. I credit football for teaching me the values of hard work and bettering my understanding of long term gratification. I hold myself to high academic standards and have set a goal for myself to earn a GPA greater than 3.85, throughout high school. I believe that I bring a unique sense of relentless hard work to my day to day life and am willing to make lots of sacrifices to play football in college.
