Football isn't just a sport for me, it's a place where I can get away from my problems in the classroom or at home or even from friends. Football was truly my get away, even in the offseason that's what my excuse was to go work out and get away from people. Since I was little academically I wasn't the smartest kid in the classroom because I have dyslexia. I often got made fun of and really was bullied as a kid. That's where football really help me let out all my anger and everything I was worried about disappearing when I was between those sidelines. My coach always said football builds character well I really think it's more like football reveals character. That's why I feel football and what I have been through help me to become the man I am today, but I can't take it away from my parents either they raised my to never give up and go get what I want.
