Personal Statement
My name is Niko Iosefa. I am Defensive Back, 5'10, 173 lb. Senior. I'm a versatile athlete that can play different positions such as LB, FB, CB and SS. I feel I can contribute anywhere my coaches need me and they can count on me to be a leader to do whatever I can to help my team. This past season as a Senior, I earned the 1st Team All League Award for LB. I placed 1st in the Santa Teresa division with 108 tackles and 5th in the CCS section. I also helped lead our team to get into playoffs after 20 year drought. This year was very special year for our school.
My heart, hunger, and passion is what drives me to be a better player as well as a better person. I am a hard worker with great work ethic which also carries over to the classroom. I'm a humble, respectful person who comes from a great religious-based and tough family with great parents that have instilled in me family values that carry over to the team setting. I feel I have a lot of potential and I am eager to show what I can offer as a football player both on and off the field. Please follow me through my journey and hopefully I can be given an opportunity to contribute and be a part of your program.
