Personal Statement
I see college as a place where I will be able to continue pursuing my passions of football and architecture. I plan on using whatever college I attend to improve on both of these things that I love.
As you can see from my game film, I play the game of football with my head and my heart, 100% invested 100% of the time. My teammates are my family and I live to lead them on and off the field. This leadership is a result of the way I practice, the way I treat my teammates at all times, and the way I play the game. Whether I am knocked out on a play in championship game, only to come back in the next series to score 4 unanswered touchdowns, or am running and conditioning with the receivers on our off days - I lead by example, not proclamation or seniority.
While my game film, coaches recommendations and grades speak for themselves, it is the intangibles that make me different: love for my teammates and coaches, respect for the process, and appreciation for what everyone puts into making the team successful. Football is not an individual sport -It is the consummate team effort. The lessons I continue to learn from this game serve me well in all things in life and promise to do so long after my playing days are over.
