I became interested in football while watching my older brother play for my Dad as a Junior Midget. Unfortunately, my Dad had an accident and became disabled before my freshman year in high school. Helping to care for my Dad through the years taught me how important it is to be a team player.
Attending Junior College has helped me better understand what it takes to achieve my academic and athletic goals. I've learned how important time management and preparation is to get good grades or win the game. Playing against bigger, faster and stronger players has challenged me to work on my skill sets to compete at an higher level while listening to my Coaches has helped me better understand the game and become a better player.
I take pride in my work ethic, field vision, reaction time, football instincts and leadership skills. I'm always looking for ways to improve and hope you may be the Coach willing to teach me at the next level for I'm a results orientated player. The lessons being taught in class or in the locker room are laying the foundation for my life's ambition of pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice so I may serve the community after graduating. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Alexander Rowe
