Personal Statement
I began playing baseball at 6 years old because of my father. He had a passion for baseball and served as my coach. I was approached to play Flag Football by my local park and rec organization when I was 8 and haven't looked back. My first passion is football and I worked diligently with my father, coaches, and peers to develop my skill set. Most would say I am a bit of a late bloomer and that may be true, but with the hard work I've put in to evolve as a player I know it's my time to shine. I've recently began competing in AAU basketball which has only further grown my competitive desire. I love sports and competition equally. My work ethic is unquestioned and I'm grateful to have surrounded myself with positive role models that are teaching me how to grow as a person and an athlete.
