Alex Vandenbark '17 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing football since I was nine years old. Football has always been my favorite sport. I have always dreamed of playing at the collegiate level, and hopefully the professional level some day. I aspire to not only play football, but to be the best I can be and greatly contribute to the team. I hope to someday win a national championship. 

I am constantly working to improve my body and my mind for the game. I workout multiple times a week to increase my strength, speed, and other physical attributes. I also work on bettering my understanding of the game by watching film regularly.

I am different from other recruits in a few ways. First off, II always give 110%, whether I'm in a game or just in practice. I am always honest, and I possess the qualities to be a team leader. I take my academics just as seriously as my athletics, and I pride myself on keeping my grades at an exceptional level, that way I  do not have to worry about bad grades, and that allows me to focus on my athletics and becoming better.
