Aaron Kness '21 Recruiting Profile

I believe that my talents will exceed your expectations for any recruit. My drive and determination allows me to complete large and challenging tasks with ease. My overall caring personality has allowed me to become great friends with my coaches, teachers and classmates.  Both on and off the field I present myself as a kind and respectful individual who puts his family and academics above anything else. 

I finished my last semester with a 4.1 GPA while continuing to play football and run track simultaneously.  My drive has helped build a love for challenging classes and that's why, in my junior year, I'm taking 4 more AP courses. I make sure that in my afternoons, school comes first. I believe that academics are the path to success and you should focus on them and excel at them while you have the chance.

On the field I'm a leader, a student, and teacher of the sport. Having a winning mentality has allowed me to give my full effort, whether it's in drills or it's game day. I'm an aggressive play maker who loves nothing more than crushing RBs. Standing at 6'1'' and weighing 230 lbs, I am able to cover ground, sideline to sideline, to make plays. I can blitz well off the edge and up the middle. My ball tracking skills are second nature allowing me to meet the ball carrier at the line of scrimmage. This past season I recorded: 97 tackles, 5 sacks, 4 forced fumbles, 3 recovered fumbles, 3 blocked punts, and 2 defensive TDs. I'm a key factor on special teams as a long snapper and a key receiver on the offensive side as a tight end. 

All in all, I'm  a team player, student, leader, and overall caring individual. I'm a perfect fit for any team and my personality is a great fit to any university. I have so much love for this game and I hope you consider me as the future of your program. Thank you for your time.
