Kris Johnson '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a very hard working person, I am always the first on the field, first to any drills and last to leave. I am a two way player and have played all downs this season on both sides of the ball. I would like to attend a school near home but definitely open to any school. I believe that I can make an immediate impact for any team and as I get older I should gain mass and strength as well as ability.I am working harder this year to raise my G.P.A.Currently it is a 2.75. I am hoping to get some financial aid for school. I would like to play at the college level and if at all posible move on to the NFL. DREAM BIG RIGHT?I am 6'4" and weigh 220 lbs. I will be Senior this fall 2011. 2009 season I was both offense and defense line captain,lead the team in tackles and sacks.Rated #1 in state for Sophomore Defensive Lineman for tackles,67th in Nation. Rated #2 in state for sacks.I have participated in FOOTBALL UNIVERSITY this June 2010.I am a member of SADD,I have been accepted into the LINK LEADER progam at school. I am working hard on improving my long snapping and getting my time down, currently I am long snapping at .80 of a second for 12 yds. I have also participated in FBU'S TOP GUN SHOWCASE twice.I play the Tenor Sax in both the Jazz band and Concert band. 2010 Colorado preps 1-A ALL STATE DEFENSIVE LINEMAN second team and ranked as the top 100 players in Colorado for the class of 2012. At the end of the 2010 regular season I was the # 1 D-Lineman in the state in tackles with 101, I also have 5 sacks. All conference first team, All state second team and Defensive player of the year.
