Personal Statement
Before High school I played for a Pop Warner team (West Haven Seahawks) that won state championships 3 years in a row. My freshman year my team didn't make it to the playoffs. That season taught me that nobody is ever going to hand you anything in life. This caused me to grow as a person and to have a focused mindset going into next season and in the classroom. I am currently studying business, but in college I want to study Architectural Engineering because as a kid I was always intrigued by the idea of constructing my own building. I was recently chosen to be team captain by my peers. I am a smaller running back, but I am quick enough to find a hole and go. By my senior year I believe that I will be capable of playing at the college level. Being a three-sport athlete, with my talent, discipline and drive to compete, I am positive that I can be an asset to your team!
