Angelo Ortiz '17 Recruiting Profile

    As a Student/Athlete,I've always believed that with hard work and determination, on and off the field, I'm able to accomplish all I set my mind on. Which is the code I live by today. I've played Football since I was 7 years old, along with Baseball, basketball and track. I decided to pursue Football on a full time basis,after my Freshman year in High School. I've learned to be very humble and respectful of others, playing Football. But at the same time stayed aggressive and fierce. I've had to over come some injuries through out my earlier years. My most discouraging one was when I had to miss my Football Championship game when I was 12 years old, with the Wilmington Soldiers. I believe , had I played we would have won. Being a multipurpose athlete, I believe I have the skills to compete and excel at a high level in any College Football program.
