I want to play college sports at a big college that maximizes my academic successes with my athletic abilities. Since my youth, I've always excelled at every sport I played because of my athleticism and strength, skill development, mental toughness, intelligence, drive, leadership, team playing, strong character, and an overall love of good competition. I'm a quite type, often called the Khawhi Leonard of football. I let my game speak for itself.
I come from a family of athletes. My dad played college basketball at the University of Conneticut, and mom a standout field hockey player, unable to realize her college dreams to due family dynamics about females and sports. My sister was a top 50 recruited tennis player, selecting Columbia University because of the top tennis and academic profile. My cousin, like a brother, is a 6'11" sophomore at the University of Texas in Austin being scouted for the NBA draft next year. And, my uncle played two years with the University of Florida as a tight end, sidelined indefinitely because of an injury. My life as been filled with sports since the beginning. Academics and character never allowed to be compromised.
Today, my dad is one of the top black financial executives in the US at Merrill Lynch. My mom, a former Disney Executive, now a new writer creating a second career after years as a homemaker and active community volunteer. My sister, a covid college graduate with a degree in creative writing and visual arts, establishing a new career before graduate school. We are a supportive family, caring family.
Good character, strong academics, and competitive sports runs in my family. I hope to find a college home that fits.
