My athletic career began at three years old playing soccer. Later I began playing basketball and football at the age of six. This is where I was infected with the thrill of competition. As a member of a traveling soccer team in elementary school I competed at a high level, and realized sports was going to be a big part of my life.
Attending a smaller school, P.K. Yonge Developmental Research School, I was afforded the opportunity to play varsity basketball as a freshman, where I started a good portion of the games. Basketball quickly became my favorite sport. Although, I continued with my traveling soccer team. I also decided to play football, as a junior—I was the starting wide receiver and free safety, as well as the kicker and the punter. I was named to the first team defense for small schools in North Central Florida for the 2014 season.
I just completed my junior basketball season at P.K. Yonge, and made a commitment to pursue basketball at the next level. I have a strong desire to compete at a level suitable to my skill set. I know I have the ability required for success at the collegiate level. I have a passion for basketball.
