Personal Statement
I have had a love for the game of football since I was a little kid. It would be a dream come true for me to play at the next level. I love kicking the football but I have knowledge in many positions and have the ability to play anywhere I am needed. That is one thing that stands out about me, not only can I kick a football well, but I can play many skill positions as well. I will always give my best effort to represent not only myself, but my Lord and Savior Jesus, as well as my family and the team I play for. I am very coachable and I get along well with my teammates and coaches. I study hard in the classroom and always strive to earn good grades. I am one that can be counted on and trusted. When the game is on the line, I want to be on the field and be able to best help my team get the win. Beyond football, as a person, I always love to help others. I frequently volunteer for the Tim Callahan Foundation, helping less fortunate youth get the chance to play sports. Whether I am coaching a team or helping them with skills, I enjoy putting a smile on their face and helping them have a good time. I am actively involved in my church and have spoken about the word of God on occasion to the congregation. I am not afraid to stand up and speak in front of others. I feel that is a skill I have been blessed to have. My goal is not only to make myself better, but to make those around me better as well. I will tell someone if they make a mistake, but then I will help them to shake it off and become even better. And I will always recognize someone who has demonstrated success.
