Personal Statement
I am a Varsity football player for all 4 years of high school, a starter for the last 3 years, and I served as TEAM CAPTAIN my senior year at CSN (a private college preparatory school) in Naples, Florida. I started playing football at the age of 6 in the Pop Warner program and I have played football every year since in South Florida. During my high school career I have been a student of the game, a reliable teammate and an effective playmaker. I have the versatility, quickness, hands and football IQ to be a playmaker from the wide receiver and slot positions. However, I also possess high mental & physical toughness along with the versatility to play multiple positions on both sides of the ball.
In the first game of the 2017 season I scored on a play that was voted the best overall play for all of Southwest Florida high schools on NBC-2 Gridiron today show that week. Because of my love for this sport one of my early goals was to advance my football career to the collegiate level.
In addition to my successes on the field I have always been an exceptional student that takes honors and AP classes. I have been involved at my school in student government, I am a student leader representative, the Harvard Model Congress, and many school fundraisers. This past fall as a student leader I helped raise over $50,000 for the schools scholarship program. I am a well-rounded individual and an outstanding representative of my school and community.
My education has always been as important to me as football. My current goal is to match myself with a great college and to play football for that school. I truly believe I would be a great asset and a great team player for any collegiate team that I play for.
