Personal Statement
I started football at a young age of 6. I took interest in the game right away and practiced on a daily basis to become a better player. This started my dream of playing college and professional football. Football helped me both physically and mentally. Football has helped me become very open, and has also formed the team leader athlete I am today. As a leader I strive to push all of my team to their maximum potential. When everyone is working towards the same goal, it definitely outweighs individuals that are only worried about themselves. I earned a starting position on Varsity my sophomore year. I have had experience on both sides of the ball; including offensive line, outside linebacker, tight end, and defensive end. In school I am currently enrolled in a magnet program called Global Technologies. I am taking the highest level of classes available to me. I am also in a dual enrollment program at Valencia where I take college courses. I have sustained a good GPA throughout my schooling. My mom is a teacher, so education has always been made a priority in our house. I am one of the most respectful kids you will meet. I take instructions and/or coaching very well because I'm always willing to learn. I don't believe in skipping days, and I am very organized when it comes to scheduling practice. I always give my all and support my teammates which helps me quickly create bonds and mutual trust with the team. I have never got into a fight and never will because I'm too focused on having a career in football. I also have a clean record with no suspensions or referals of any sort. I believe that I can make a huge difference on a team. Recruiting me will be an amazing use of your time, as well as a dream come true for me.
