I started playing football in first grade because I wanted to be apart of the team and make new friends and since then I have fallen in love with the sport of football. Seeing all of my dads old high school tapes, his state championship rings, and college tape made me start playing at the age of 5. What I love about football is that it can push you way beyond where you think you can go and it really makes you into a different person, and without it I don't know where or who I would be right now. I have had to overcome some obstacles this year as a sophomore when tearing my ACL my second game of the season while missing my sophomore season. I can say that this experience has increased my work-ethic and appreciation for the game itself times five and I have come to realize how much I truly love the sport. Since the injury a lot of good has happened like gaining 40 pounds of good weight and growing 3 inches and I really believe that me and the sport of football are meant to be. I am looking for a school that is a good fit academically and athletically and I believe I have the talent to be an immediate impact and a leader on your team.
