Personal Statement
My name is Grant Brysacz. I graduated from Catholic High School in Pensacola, FL in the spring of 2019. During my upperclassman years of high school, I played varsity quarterback, tight end, outside linebacker and gunner on special teams at both Catholic High and John Paul II in Plano, Texas. I have also excelled in baseball and wrestling. I only received one football/academic scholarship from Ave Maria University and decided not to take it due to a knee injury and the fact i was pursuing a different major.
Currently, I am taking a gap year to improve myself in Dallas. I decided I needed to mature and grow mentally and physically in order to excel in college as I hope. Currently I am training with Nexgen Fitness and Ryan Roberts of RRQB training; Also, I'm saving money by working for the Whitewater Express Car Wash chain in Texas and Oklahoma.
My goal is to find the best fit school in order to further my education and pursue my goals on the football field. If necessary, I am also willing to further the recruiting process by going to a junior college prior to signing to a University.
I've been honest to God giving my all to preparing for school and football these past few months and have no intent of slowing down. I promise if I'm recruited to your school, you'll see me ready to compete and dominate the competition the moment I arrive on campus.
Very Respectfully,
Grant Brysacz
